Examples of regular expenses are Amazon Prime subscription, salary, office rent, proxy server, so it is something you pay for from time to time - once a week, once a month, etc.
For example, I pay for a Prime subscription for my Amazon buyer account $12.99 a month. How to add this expense to the list?
Go to -> Expenses -> Regular Expenses List -> Add Expenses
Choose how often you pay for this product/service - once a day. once a week, once a month. For example, I pay for a Prime subscription every month, so I choose a month here.
In the Amount field put how much money you spend. For example, I spend $12.99 on a Prime subscription every month, so I put 12.99 here.
In the Comment field put the product or service you spend your money on. For example, I buy a Prime subscription, so I put “Prime subscription” here.
Click Add New if you need to add more expenses at the moment.
Click Save if you are done with regular expenses now.
